Job Description
Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, patient-centered wound care. This full-time role involves providing in-home advanced wound treatments, assessments, and education, with a focus on delivering high-quality care in a flexible schedule—no evenings, weekends, or on-call.
Requires at least 1 year of experience as an NP or PA and wound care experience is a plus.
Must be licensed or able to obtain licensure in Minnesota, with current certifications through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA.
Role includes developing individualized care plans, managing medications, and coordinating with healthcare teams, with daily local travel reimbursed.
