Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments.
Deliver personalized restorative interventions to maintain or improve patient functioning.
Assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and document using EMR/EHR systems.
Administer medications and treatments following safety and HIPAA guidelines.
Support patient transfers with equipment like Hoyer lifts and collaborate with care teams for individualized plans.
Maintain accurate records, ensure infection control, and provide emotional support to patients and families.
Qualifications include valid CNA licensure, experience in diverse healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR systems, and knowledge of clinical procedures.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are essential, with BLS/ACLS preferred.
