Job Description
The Charge Nurse supervises nursing care, ensures quality delivery, and manages staff during their shift.
Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, supervising personnel, following care plans, reporting abnormal findings, and maintaining safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications require graduation from an accredited nursing school, current RN or LPN license, and CPR certification preferred.
