Job Description
Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Dover, NH, and surrounding areas.
Provide primary care visits, medication reconciliation, and annual wellness exams 3-4 days weekly.
Examine patients, review medical records, order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments and medications.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, prevention, and promote good health practices.
Maintain accurate records, oversee patient health, and stay updated through research and professional development.
