Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide interventional pain management across Arizona, working in east valley and Phoenix locations.
Responsibilities include obtaining patient histories, performing exams, ordering diagnostics, formulating diagnoses, implementing treatment plans, administering injections, reviewing reports, and offering patient education. Qualifications include being a board-certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner with BCLS, DEA license, strong EMR skills, and excellent communication. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. The role involves collaborative teamwork, maintaining accurate records, and being on call during non-clinic hours rotation.
