Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive care across all ages in a coastal community.

Conduct physical exams and health assessments for diverse patient populations.

Develop personalized care plans and interpret diagnostic tests.

Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.

Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP license, DEA license, strong communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
