Job Description
Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an interventional pain management clinic with 4 locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center.

Must be able to relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting.
Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
