Job Description

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner providing patient care in post-acute facilities, with a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule.

  • Manage and coordinate patient care, including conducting rounds, documenting in electronic records, and communicating with staff and physicians.
  • Provide timely and compassionate care, write orders, and facilitate testing and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records for billing and compliance.

    • Required skills include excellent communication, empathy, organization, and teamwork. Preferred candidates have at least one year of relevant experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or hospitalist settings.
