Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care in patients’ homes.
Full-time, salaried role with flexible Monday-Friday schedule, no on-call or weekend shifts. Provides comprehensive wound assessments, advanced treatments, medication management, and patient education. Travel required to patient locations; mileage reimbursed; equipment and training provided. Qualifications include certification, clinical experience in relevant specialties, and wound care experience preferred.
