Job Description

We are a private orthopedic practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons, including subspecialties like hand surgery, sports medicine, and joint replacement, to join our collaborative team.

Our multidisciplinary group offers comprehensive orthopedic and musculoskeletal care, supporting full practice development with ancillary income opportunities in PT, DME, real estate, and ASC investments. Hospital call is optional for additional income.

Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 annually, with a first-year guaranteed salary and potential for partnership after one year based on productivity.
