Full-Time Nephrologist

Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Nephrologist to join a collaborative, growing practice in Lynchburg, VA.

The team includes 8 Nephrologists and 6 Advanced Practitioners, serving a region with ~350,000 residents, providing outpatient, inpatient, and dialysis care.

• Manage 13 dialysis clinics (directing 7)
• Oversee 660+ ESRD and 10,000+ CKD patients
• Participate in shared hospital call schedule
• Provide outpatient nephrology and dialysis care
• Collaborate with a supportive team

The position offers a starting salary of $300,000 with annual increases, a transparent partnership track, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, malpractice insurance, and a 401(k) with 6% match. CME allowance and increasing PTO are provided.
