Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to deliver comprehensive on-site care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.

  • Provide face-to-face primary care services to diverse geriatric patients, from short-term rehab to complex cases.
  • Participate in monthly educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to enhance patient care.
