Job Description

Seeking a licensed, board-certified (or eligible) psychiatrist for a full-time role (30-40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm, flexible).

Salary ranges from $229,000 to $235,000 annually.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management (including complex treatments like clozapine and injectables), and integrating recovery-oriented, evidence-based care.

Collaborate on developing wellness programs, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and promote patient engagement, social inclusion, and community partnerships.

Qualifications include Massachusetts medical licensure, DEA certification, experience with severe mental illnesses, and a commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
