Psychiatrist – Advanced Depression Care

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time psychiatrist to join a specialized neuropsychiatric clinic focused on treatment-resistant depression.

_The role involves_
– Leading comprehensive evaluations and providing ongoing medication management for complex depression cases.
– Supervising mid-level providers supporting TMS, esketamine, and ketamine treatments.
– Collaborating with a skilled multidisciplinary team in a modern, well-equipped clinic.

_Schedule & environment:_
– Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with some remote work flexibility.
– Protected lunch hour and dedicated support.
– Practice in a state-of-the-art facility with multiple treatment rooms.

_Compensation & benefits:_
– Competitive salary up to $300,000, with benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, CME, 401(k), and malpractice insurance.

_Qualifications:_
– MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.
– Unrestricted Virginia license or ability to obtain.
