Job Description
Seeking a licensed, board-eligible or certified psychiatrist for a full-time role in a community mental health outpatient clinic serving adults with severe mental illnesses like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, flexible hours (30-40 hrs/week).
**Salary:** $229,000-$235,000 annually.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and monitor complex treatments such as clozapine and long-acting injectables. Promote recovery-oriented, person-centered care integrating psychosocial interventions and measurement-based approaches. Lead interdisciplinary team efforts, contribute to program development, and support community engagement and psychoeducation. Supervise and mentor staff; potential academic appointment.**Qualifications:**
Massachusetts medical license, DEA, and controlled substances certificates. Experience with severe mental illnesses and recovery-focused care.
