We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join our outpatient multidisciplinary team in Middletown, NY.
Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care, including EMG studies and procedures.
Perform clinical evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage a wide range of conditions.
Collaborate with physical therapists and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include MD/DO, BC/BE in PM&R, active NY license, and outpatient experience.
