Join a stable, independent, and democratic emergency medicine group in Prescott, Arizona, seeking a full-time EM physician partner.

Enjoy working with a team of 18 board-certified EM physicians, NPs, and PAs in a low-turnover environment. Typically work 12-16 shifts per month, with shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours.

Opportunities include a two-year partnership track, highly competitive salary up to $400/hour, and leadership roles in committees and hospital governance.

The group staffs two hospitals with an annual volume of approximately 70,000 patients, featuring low trauma but high complexity admissions.
