Seeking a mission-driven Psychiatric Provider to deliver collaborative, population-based mental health care for complex, underserved patients.

Responsibilities include guiding behavioral health treatment via a modified Collaborative Care Model, providing direct psychiatric care (including telepsychiatry), supporting medication management and substance use disorder treatment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include licensed, board-certified psychiatry, DEA, BLS, experience with addiction medicine preferred, and strong communication skills.

Work is in-office within a professional healthcare environment, emphasizing teamwork, patient-centered care, and addressing social determinants of health.
