Job Description
This position offers both part-time and full-time roles providing family-centered speech therapy services for children aged 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities.
_Essential functions include_:
- Delivering play-based, developmentally appropriate speech and transdisciplinary therapies with support from other specialists.
- Developing transdisciplinary skills to enhance early intervention treatment.
- Providing service coordination and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance.
- Participating in team meetings, staying updated on industry advances, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Conducting developmental evaluations and creating IFSP goals across communication, hearing, cognition, and social-emotional areas.
- Providing therapy in accordance with regulations, including teletherapy when needed.
Qualifications include a graduate degree in Speech and Language Pathology, a current NH SLP license, ASHA certification, with 1-3 years pediatric experience preferred. Flexibility, organization, creative techniques, and reliable transportation are required. Compensation ranges from $28.85 to $33.65 per hour, with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, professional development, and more. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with in-person work expected.
