Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time role to provide
direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with an
interdisciplinary team, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in supervision
and professional development activities.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid LCSW license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with addiction treatment is highly preferred

Work is in person in Chico, CA, with options for full-time, part-time, or contract roles.
Relocation and commuting to Chico are required.
