We are seeking a part-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Covington, TN, serving surrounding communities.
Assess and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments within legal scope and plan of care. Evaluate patient function, assist physicians in developing therapy plans, and provide communication and functional training. Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members on therapy techniques. *Must have:*
At least one year of clinical speech therapy experience and home health experience. Current state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to commute within the area. *Benefits include:*
