Job Description

This position is limited to Speech Therapists conducting home visits in Tucson, AZ, providing age-appropriate evaluation and treatment in patients’ residences.

Essential duties include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, educating patients and caregivers, reassessing progress, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. The role involves initiating discharge planning, documenting patient management accurately, and participating in interdisciplinary and educational activities.

Qualified candidates need at least 2 years of home health speech therapy experience, a valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License, a driver’s license, and BLS certification. Preferred skills include experience with clinical systems, Medicare knowledge, and ability to travel up to 75%.

Offers flexible hours (20-30/week), day shifts, Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed, and pay ranging from $80.00–$90.00 per hour.
