Job Description
Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, provides therapeutic services to youth and families needing mental and behavioral health support.
Conducts intake, assessment, safety planning, case management, and discharge planning.
Develops and implements individualized service plans with measurable goals.
Delivers individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Coordinates care with external agencies, schools, and community resources.
Collaborates with care coordinators and participates in treatment planning meetings.
**Requirements:**
MSW or related graduate degree.
At least two years of direct counseling experience.
