Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

We are seeking bilingual (Spanish preferred) certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for part-time or full-time roles in pediatric home health.

Our clinician-owned agency provides specialized care for children with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional needs, offering support, mentorship, and continuing education.

Pay ranges from $52,200 to $156,000 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, coaching families, coordinating with referral partners, and documenting care.

Requirements: ASHA certification, Texas SLP license, CPR, and preferred 1+ year experience.
