Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a Clinical Supervisor role in children’s mental health services.

Responsibilities include mentoring 6-7 Associate Clinicians, overseeing clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with Medi-Cal and BBS standards, and providing clinical consultation and staff training.

Minimum qualifications: Master’s in Social Work, California LCSW license, 2+ years post-licensure experience, and prior supervision experience. Knowledge of BBS ethics, Medi-Cal regulations, and evidence-based practices is essential. Bilingual fluency and DEI understanding are a plus.

Offers a salary range of $98,602–$103,532, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development support. This full-time role requires in-person work in Santa Ana, CA, with options for part-time. A Master’s degree and ability to commute are required.
