Join a growing mental health team specializing in Geriatric Emotional Wellness, providing counseling to seniors in assisted living, independent living, and retirement communities.

  • Offer private, one-on-one counseling via telehealth and in-person sessions while the organization manages administrative tasks.
  • Participate in monthly family support calls to enhance care.
  • Enjoy a full-time or part-time W-2 position with benefits, flexible schedule, and a salary range of $70K–$93K based on caseload.
  • Require an active Tennessee license (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) and preferably two years of experience with adults or seniors.
  • Contribute with strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to improve seniors’ emotional health and quality of life.
