Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

  • Provide assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state scope of practice.
  • Evaluate patient function using diagnostic tests and assist physicians in developing care plans.
  • Treat patients to improve communication and instruct families and caregivers.
  • Must hold an active, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation to serve multiple patients daily.
