Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will perform speech therapy evaluations, prepare detailed reports, develop individualized treatment plans, and conduct therapy sessions for children with developmental delays.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Arkansas licensure, and ASHA certification or CFY completion. Preferred experience includes working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers with special needs.
Environmental conditions require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, stooping, and sitting on the floor as needed.
The role supports children aged 6 months to Kindergarten in a nurturing, inclusive environment dedicated to fostering growth and learning.
Compensation is $66.70/hour, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, continuing education, and flexible scheduling with personal hours.
Work is in person, with scheduling flexibility offered to the candidate.
