Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

We are seeking bilingual (Spanish preferred) certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for part-time or full-time roles in pediatric home health.

Our clinician-owned agency provides comprehensive care to children with speech, language, cognitive, feeding, and social/emotional needs in their homes and communities. We prioritize supporting our staff with continuing education, mentorship, leadership opportunities, and resources for success.

Pay ranges from $52,200 to $156,000 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

**Responsibilities:**
– Perform evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
– Implement interventions to improve communication, feeding, and social skills
– Educate and empower families to incorporate therapy into daily routines
– Coordinate with referral partners and ensure continuity of care
– Document services accurately and maintain confidentiality

**Requirements:**
– ASHA certification, Texas SLP license, CPR certification
– Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
