Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides intervention for children birth to three in the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program, mainly through home visits in Brazoria County.
Responsibilities include evaluating children, developing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with families and professionals, and documenting progress to meet program requirements. Must be ASHA-certified, Texas-licensed, and hold a Master’s degree in speech-language therapy, with current CPR/First Aid and CEUs. Requires strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work in various physical conditions and drive frequently. Full-time position with a salary range of $80,000-$90,000, involving in-person work, flexible routines, and adherence to safety protocols.
