Our mission is to enhance residents’ communication and swallowing abilities through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state license, and relevant experience, preferably in long-term care. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and technical skills, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
