Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our team, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and working at an approved NHSC site.

Conduct initial assessments and collaborate with clients to set treatment goals.

Provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy to diverse populations.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care with staff psychiatrists.

Participate in team meetings and supervision to support holistic care.

Qualifications include: LMSW or provisional license in Iowa, 2+ years of experience preferred, valid driver’s license, bilingual skills optional.
