We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and self-motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice in Central Nebraska.
Provide assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention. Work with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals with various mental health challenges. Utilize telehealth and offer onsite therapy at local nursing homes and assisted livings if desired. Maintain accurate documentation, participate in case management, and ensure culturally competent care. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible hours (10–40 per week), offering a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth. Requirements include valid licensure (e.g., PLMHP, LMHP, LCSW), crisis management skills, and experience in outpatient settings. The role emphasizes high-quality care and a grassroots approach to mental health advocacy.
