Job Description

Seeking a Counselor for a 10-month position in a Partial Care Hospitalization Program for adolescents, working Monday to Friday during the day.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field and experience with children in behavioral and mental health.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a therapeutic, safe environment for patients.
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups aligned with treatment plans.
  • Provide observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Accurately document patient progress and complete required paperwork.
  • Transport patients as needed.
  • Maintain certification in behavior management system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    • Preferred experience working with children and adolescents.
