Job Description

We are hiring immediately for a Licensed Clinical Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Mental Health Therapist to join our team.

  • Salary ranges from $65,000 to $90,000/year based on experience, with full benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development support.
  • The role involves supervising treatment, facilitating group and individual sessions, developing personalized plans, and monitoring client progress.
  • Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Addiction Counselor), and experience in addiction counseling.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and ethical skills are essential. The position is full-time, in person, with a focus on providing compassionate behavioral health support.
