Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor to provide counseling and support to individuals in a detox facility.

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methods like CBT and MI.
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care.
  • Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in addiction treatment.

    • Requirements include a degree in Behavioral Health or related field, relevant certification, experience in substance abuse counseling, and strong communication skills. Must be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and relocate to Las Vegas, NM.
