Job Description

The Clinician provides direct patient care through individual, family, and group counseling, developing personalized treatment plans.

They perform case management, conduct comprehensive assessments, and maintain detailed clinical records.

As a team leader, they share relevant clinical updates and participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical rounds, and staff forums.

They act as a liaison with external organizations, advocating for clients and connecting them to community resources.

Supervision of interns, transportation assistance, and coverage for program operations are also responsibilities.

The role requires annual certification in Handle With Care, confidentiality adherence, and participation in clinical supervision.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related fields, with at least three years of relevant experience, and active licensure (LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW).
