Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for a residential behavioral health program in Minter, AL, serving males aged 10-18.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily nursing operations, managing staffing, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Requires valid RN licensure in Alabama, current CPR/BLS, supervisory experience, and residence within 60 miles of the facility. Preferred candidates have psychiatric nursing experience and strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
