We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to oversee daily operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for residents.

Manage overall operations, uphold healthcare standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with nursing staff for high-quality patient care, including vital monitoring and outpatient services.

Ensure HIPAA compliance to protect patient privacy.

Oversee staff training and foster continuous improvement.

Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and operations.

Address resident concerns promptly to support a positive living environment.

Qualifications include: prior healthcare experience, knowledge of medical terminology, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities.

Position details: Full-time, in-person role based in Moscow, ID, with relocation required before start. Compensation ranges from $35-$45/hour, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
