Join a growing, patient-centered primary care team as a full-time Nurse Practitioner in San Antonio’s Stone Oak and Medical Center locations.

This role offers Monday–Friday schedules with no weekends or after-hours, competitive base pay ($100K–$120K), performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including CME, 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, and paid time off.

You will perform patient assessments, manage medical conditions, develop treatment plans, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications include Texas NP licensure, board certification, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills.
