Urology Advanced Practice Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Urology Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, with experience in clinical and hospital settings.

Conduct patient evaluations, diagnose, and treat urological conditions using surgical and non-surgical methods.

Perform procedures like cystoscopy, prostate ultrasound, and guided biopsies.

Manage pain and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate records using EMR systems (Epic, Allscripts) and ensure compliance with HIPAA and NCQA standards.

Provide patient education and participate in telehealth and hospital consultations.

Share call responsibilities with physician backup.

The role involves teaching new graduates with guidance from board-certified urologists. Requirements include an accredited medical degree, strong diagnostic skills, proficiency in EMR systems, excellent communication, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job is full-time with a salary of $120,000-$140,000 annually, offering benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and in-person work.
