Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care/Internal Medicine in Yuma AZ. The role involves seeing new patients, follow-ups, post-procedure care, and managing chronic conditions across all ages and insurances. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of experience, is fluent in Spanish, and can work independently in clinics and in assisted living or nursing home settings. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive patient care, education, documentation, and collaborating with staff. Requirements include AZ license, DEA certification, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EMR.
