Charge Nurse/RN Supervisor

Job Description

This leadership role reports to the Nursing Director and involves hands-on nursing and supervisory responsibilities as a full-time Evening Charge Nurse (2pm-10pm).
It includes planning, organizing, and directing resident-centered care programs, aiding in staff training, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities encompass resident assessments, care planning, medication management, staff scheduling, hiring, training, and maintaining documentation such as resident files and health records.
It requires maintaining relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners, overseeing emergency responses, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring safety and HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications include a current RN license, CPR certification, experience in long-term care and dementia care, staff management, and flexible scheduling availability.
