Clinical Nurse Practitioner – GI Practice

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join a growing GI practice in Macon, GA, specializing in adult Gastroenterology and endoscopy.

*Essential Functions:*
* Provides high-quality clinical care in office/hospital settings, including patient assessments, examinations, procedures, and care plan development.
* Accurately reviews medical records, administers medications, orders diagnostic tests, and participates in treatment planning.
* Educates patients and families on medications and health management.
* Ensures compliance with regulations and completes departmental competencies.
* Takes initiative, adapts to change, and assumes ownership of responsibilities.

*Requirements:*
* Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
* Active APRN license and BLS certification in Georgia.

*Skills:*
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Maintains patient confidentiality and demonstrates flexibility.
