Job Description
The Family Medicine Physician, supervised by the Lead Physician and Chief Medical Officer, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality services aligned with protocols and policies.
Leads the care team, performs examinations, develops treatment plans, and manages acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
Utilizes in-person, telehealth, and phone modalities, ensuring documentation compliance and patient follow-up.
Ensures services meet regulatory standards, participates in quality improvement, and maintains clinical records and adherence to guidelines.
Provides supervision and mentorship to staff, participates in team and administrative meetings, and handles communication within the clinic and with external agencies.
Practices cost-effective medicine, manages clinic documentation, and supports patient education and outreach efforts.
The role offers a full-time salary ($275K–$290K), benefits (including insurance, loan forgiveness, and professional development), and requires licensure, DEA certification, and proficiency in English and preferably Spanish. The position is based in North Hollywood, CA, with in-person work and potential relocation.
