Job Description

We are seeking a licensed, board-certified (or eligible) psychiatrist to join our Wellness and Recovery Services Team, serving adults with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder. The role involves providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management—including complex treatments like clozapine and injectables—and embedding recovery-focused, person-centered care. The position combines direct clinical care, program development, and interdisciplinary leadership, with opportunities for supervision and teaching, and an academic appointment possible. Candidates should have a Massachusetts medical license, DEA, and malpractice insurance, with experience in trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches. The role offers a competitive salary ($229,000–$235,000), benefits, flexible hours, and parking in the Longwood Medical Area.
