Job Description
We are seeking a licensed OB/GYN to provide comprehensive women’s health services at our clinic in Bay City, TX.
Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing health issues related to female anatomy, pregnancy, and reproductive systems, including prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum support. Conducts exams, interprets diagnostic tests, offers preventive counseling, and refers patients to specialists as needed. Coordinates with medical staff, oversees clinical activities, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Participates in community outreach, clinical efficiency initiatives, and quality improvement programs. Obtains hospital privileges for delivering infants and performing surgeries. Acts as a liaison between the clinic and the local medical community. Provides leadership, supervises staff, and participates in ongoing education. On-call availability and some travel required. Requirements include a Texas medical license, board certification, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to quality patient care. Benefits include malpractice coverage, health insurance, paid holidays, and performance bonuses. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 annually.
