Job Description

Seeking BC/BE PM&R physicians for full-time or part-time roles in a growing, physician-owned practice offering a competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits.

The practice provides comprehensive clinical services across inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted/independent living settings, coordinating with hospital teams and therapy services to deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities include providing medical oversight, documentation, participating in quality assurance and peer reviews, supporting practice operations, and collaborating with staff and administration. Work may involve visiting multiple facilities, with shared evening, weekend, and holiday call duties.

Essential functions involve maintaining high-quality care, compliance with regulations, timely documentation, and engaging in professional and administrative activities. Candidates should have experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings, hold medical licensure, and be board eligible/certified. Reliable transportation is required.
