Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO), licensed in California, to join as a 1099 independent contractor at our residential eating disorder treatment centers in Monterey and Santa Barbara.

  • Provide in-person medical assessments, follow-ups, and collaborate in treatment planning.
  • Order and interpret labs, manage medications, and address medical issues.
  • Support psychiatric and nursing staff, participate in medical rounds, and document in electronic health records.
  • Be available for urgent consultations and medical emergencies during scheduled days.

    • Requirements include active California license, DEA registration, and preferably experience with eating disorders or behavioral health. Travel to both locations twice monthly is necessary. Compensation varies per visit, plus a monthly administrative stipend. This part-time, on-site role involves 5-10 hours weekly. To apply, submit your CV and a brief message.
