Job Description

We are seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate openings in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City.

  • Provide comprehensive, compassionate care in post-acute and long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living.
  • Maintain documentation aligned with medical and billing standards.
  • Serve as Medical Director for one facility, with opportunities to take on additional roles for extra compensation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement activities.
  • Travel between facilities as needed; minimal weekend and holiday call (no night call).

    • Qualifications include MD/DO, Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Preferred experience in post-acute care or hospitalist settings.
